Lee Chira LCA Development

Lee Chira —  A visionary and successful developer for over 40 years focusing on residential subdivisions, condominiums, apartments, shopping centers, industrial parks, restaurants, and out-parcels as owner of LCA Development. Through various partnerships and joint ventures, he has developed a substantial real estate and investment portfolio. The firm continues to own and manage many of the properties they have developed over the years. Among his many community and civic leadership roles are those of former Orange County Commissioner and Chair of the Florida High Speed Rail Commission. His dedication to his Alma Mater, the University of Florida where he received a BS in Business Administration and was on the Dean's list is evidenced by his service on the Gator Boosters Board of Directors, recognition as a Bull Gator and the naming of the Lee Chira Family Heisman Plaza at the university’s football stadium.​

Michelle Chira Carlton LCA Development

Michelle Chira — 25 years of developing, financing, managing and investing in residential and commercial real estate, including 15 years as principal of LCA. She has accumulated and disposed over $500 million in assets though family- owned and operated real estate partnerships.

 

Michelle has been an active civic leader serving as Chair of the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission, Vice President of the Junior League of Greater Orlando and co-founder of the Foundation for Foster Children.

 

She has received numerous local, state and national awards for her community service leadership. She is a graduate of Tulane University.

James "Nat" Rassi — Following more than a dozen years managing over $200-million of commercial, institutional, and hospitality construction projects, Nat began focusing on real estate investing, sourcing infill development projects in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Arizona.  In 2012 he was a senior team member in the launch of Campus Evolution Villages - a national student housing start-up - and contributed to it’s ascension to a top-20 student housing owner and operator in the US.  

Nat is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University; earned his MBA degree from Taylor University; is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker; and has been a CCIM Designee since 2014.

Drew Warot —  Experience in over $500 million of real estate transactions over the past 20 years including sales, financing, acquisitions, leasing and development.

 

For nearly 11 years Drew managed corporate real estate for The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) and closed on over 3 million square feet and $400 million of commercial real estate transactions for Kroger. As a Division Manager was responsible for all corporate real estate activities and shopping center development in the State of Colorado. Drew has extensive experience in site selection and planning, ownership and deal structure, legal fulfillment, municipal tax incentives and 1031 exchanges, due diligence, location and zoning entitlements and approvals, and design/construction oversight. 

  

Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and obtained his MBA from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
