Our Team
Lee Chira — Is a visionary and successful developer for over 40 years. He started LCA Development and Realty by focusing on residential subdivisions, condominiums, apartments, shopping centers, industrial parks, restaurants, and out-parcels.
Lee has developed a substantial real estate and investment portfolio through various partnerships and joint ventures. The company continues to own and manage many of the properties they have developed over the years.
Among his many community and civic leadership roles are those of former Orange County Commissioner and Chair of the Florida High-Speed Rail Commission.
Lee is dedicated to his Alma Mater, the University of Florida, where he received a BS in Business Administration and was on the Dean's list. This is evidenced by his service on the Gator Boosters Board of Directors, recognition as a Bull Gator, and the naming of the Lee Chira Family Heisman Plaza at the university’s football stadium.
Michelle Chira — A successful developer and investor with over 25 years of experience in developing, financing, managing, and investing in residential and commercial real estate and has accumulated and disposed of over $500 million in assets through family-owned and operated real estate partnerships. She has over 15 years as principal of LCA Development and Realty.
Michelle has been an active civic leader serving as Chair of the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission, Vice President of the Junior League of Greater Orlando, and co-founder of the Foundation for Foster Children.
She has received numerous local, state, and national awards for her community service leadership. She is a graduate of Tulane University.
James "Nat" Rassi — Following more than a dozen years managing over $ 200 million of commercial, institutional, and hospitality construction projects, Nat began focusing on real estate investing, sourcing infill development projects in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Arizona. In 2012 he was a senior team member in the launch of Campus Evolution Villages - a national student housing start-up - and contributed to its ascension to a top-20 student housing owner and operator in the US.
Nat is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University; earned his MBA degree from Taylor University; is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker; and has been a CCIM Designee since 2014.
Drew Warot — Experience in over $600 million of real estate transactions over the past 25 years, including sales, financing, acquisitions, leasing, development, investments, and partnerships.
For nearly 11 years, Drew managed corporate real estate for Kroger Co. and closed on over 3 million square feet and $400 million in transactions for Kroger. As a Division Manager, he was responsible for all corporate real estate activities in the State of Colorado. During the past six years with LCA Development, Drew has expanded its Western US portfolio through over 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate investment, development, and sales transactions for LCA and its partners. Drew has extensive experience in site selection and planning, ownership and deal structure, legal fulfillment, tax incentives, due diligence and entitlements, and design/construction oversight.
Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and obtained his MBA from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
