LCA Development and Realty is always looking to invest capital in Land located on the path of future growth. We are also open to value-added opportunities in anchored retail and class B and C apartments.
On the development side, we look for sites that would accommodate commercial, and multifamily or residential use primarily in secondary markets. The more complex the deal, the better.
LCA Development and Realty’s primary areas of focus are along the I-4 and 1-95 corridor from Tampa to Jacksonville. Our target submarkets include western Central Florida (Clermont, Mineola, Four Corners), East Orlando, the northern I-4 corridor (Debary, Deland, Orange City, Port Orange), North Hillsboro and Pasco Counties, and Flagler and St. Johns Counties.
Our investments generally range from $3 Million to $ 25 million, with an ability to buy and develop on an all-cash basis.
LCA Development and Realty will also consider acquiring distressed commercial properties case-by-case.
